The GC1 is another one of our best-sellers because of the design cues it takes from its cousin in the Conservatory Collection, the C1X.

In setting out to design a piano that could resonate with the pianist, the designers of the CX Series have created instruments that can truly sing. The C2x includes the same features that a favorites of the larger CX models, including the German piano wire in the middle and treble registers, extra back post support, and the same hammer felt as the Yamaha CFX.

GP150

The GP150 has been one of the best selling “baby grand” pianos in North America since the 1990’s. At 5′, the wide – tail design of this piano gives the “belly” of the piano more tone, expanding the “sweet spot” where the bass tone is produced.

For those with smaller spaces but a taste for the tone and touch of a grand piano, the GP150 is the perfect instrument, providing the sound of a bigger grand piano. Unlike many pianos of this size, the GP150 comes standard with a full sustenueto middle pedal. Shown in Mahogany Polish-Saplele.

The 5’3” GP160 Classic Grand was created by Pearl River’s European and American piano-design consultants and features duplex scaling, which tunes the secondary part of strings producing a sympathetic harmonic that enriches the tone, particularly in the treble section.

Quality hornbeam and beech woods are used throughout the expertly designed horizontally oriented grand piano action. This provides for the large range of expression expected in grand pianos.
